2. Do you offer Cash-On-Delivery (COD)?

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery on all orders above 1500/-

 

3. When do you dispatch the order?

The orders are dispatched within 2 working days after the order confirmation. You will receive the tracking information in your email.

In case of Customized or Made to Order products, it might take longer, allow us 7-15 days  to make your favorite product as per your specification.

 

4. What is the estimated delivery time?

We have partnered with the best logistics services in the country to serve you. You can expect your delivery in 3 - 9 working days from the dispatch time, depending on your location. Typically it takes 3 - 5 working days in Metros and Tier-1 cities. It may take up to 5 - 9 working days for other Indian locations.

In case of any unforeseen delays, we would inform you of the possible delay via email.

 

5. How can I track my order?

We send you the tracking details via email as soon as the order is dispatched, which is typically in 2-3 working days of order confirmation. 

 

6. What time can I expect the delivery?

Once your package is out for delivery, you will receive a call from our logistics partner for the delivery of your order. They will be able to confirm the time of delivery.

 

7. What will happen if I miss my package delivery?

We understand that you cannot be available all the time at your delivery location to collect the package. We make sure to attempt delivery thrice before it returns to our warehouse.

10. Packaging

For a single order placed, we normally combine multiple products in a single box . Additional charges may be applicable should you wish to receive all the products in your order in individual boxes.
