RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Return Policy:

Before returning the Pearl Mania products, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted using natural pearls/Gemstones, resulting in each products being unique and slightly different from each other. The pearls/Gemstones, therefore may vary slightly. All our products go through quality control before shipping.

Since our products are made with natural pearls and gemstones, slight dent, unevenness in shine and smoothness on their surfaces is natural. 

Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product’s colour and design, actual colours and design may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location.

Sizes are given for approximation only, there may be slight difference with exact accurate size.

Return and Exchange will only be accepted if your order is damaged in transit.

Products bought during SALE period are not eligible for return/exchange.

 All our deliveries undergo strict quality checks before they are dispatched to your location. However, in the exceptional case of any damage caused during transit, we exchange your product with a fresh piece once we receive your email. 

  • Email us at help@pearlmania.in within 24 Hours of receiving the order (on the same day of delivery).
  • In the email, include the order number, reason for return and the photo of the product.
  • The product should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging else we would not be able to proceed with returns.
  • Upon receiving our confirmation, please courier the product back to us (at your cost) to the address provided by us. Shipping cost of the replacement will be borne by you. Please share the tracking details once the product is shipped to the same email.
  • Once we receive the returned product in its original condition and affirm the quality check, refund amount will be calculated, adjusting delivery charges of the replacement and will be issued as a credit in the form of a refund coupon code on your email ID within 48hrs.
  • The coupon code is a single time use only and cannot be applied again to any other order. The coupon code has no validity and can be used any time for your future purchases. 

 

Refund will be done in the following cases:

  • Package lost in transit.
  • in case Pearl Mania is unable to provide you the replacement.

No Refund will be given in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
  • Incorrect address including any form of a PO box address.
  • After failed delivery attempts by our Delivery agents.
  • Package refused by recipient.
  • Product returned in a used and damaged condition.
  • Minor color and design variation(s).Please understand that our products are handcrafted by our artisans and minor irregularities are normal and adds to the uniqueness of each  piece.

 

Exchange Policy:

Received an incorrect or damaged product? We have you covered.

All our deliveries undergo strict quality checks before they are dispatched to your location. However, in the exceptional case of any damage caused during transit, we exchange your product with a fresh piece once we receive your email. 

Please understand that our products are handcrafted by our artisans and minor irregularities are normal and adds to the uniqueness of each carved piece.

To initiate an exchange of your item, please follow the below steps:

  • Email us at help@pearlmania.in within 3 days of receiving the order (including the day of delivery).
  • In the email, include the order number, reason for exchange and the photo of the incorrect or damaged product.
  • We would get back to you within 24 - 48 hrs with the approval to exchange the product by checking the stock availability. If the product is not available, a coupon code of the product value would be issued within another 48hrs.
  • The coupon code is a single time use only and cannot be applied again to any other order. The coupon code has no validity and can be used any time for your future purchases. 
  • If the product is in stock for exchange, please courier the product (unused and in original packaging) back to us (at your cost) to the address provided by us. Please share the tracking details once the product is shipped to the same email.
  • Once we receive the returned product is its original condition, we would ship a fresh replacement piece at no shipping cost.

 

Cancellation:

As we start our dispatch activities almost immediately after your order confirmation, we would not be able to accept order cancellation request placed on our website.

 

Redeeming your Refund Coupon:

  • Use the Coupon at the time of checkout on any of your next orders.
  • The Coupon is valid for 6 months from the date of issuing.
  • The Coupon can be used for a Cart value equivalent to or more than the value of the coupon.
  • A Coupon cannot be used if the Cart Value is lesser than the value of the Coupon.
  • A Coupon cannot be split into different amounts.
  • Two or more coupons cannot be combined.
  • Coupons are non- transferable. 
  • Delivery charges incurred at the time of original purchase, shall not be refunded.
